What types of insurance do you accept?
We accept most major insurances (i.e., Medicare, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, etc.) and most private insurances. If you have questions concerning insurance coverage, please contact your insurance company.

Can the walk-in practitioner prescribe medications?
Yes, all of our providers and practitioners can prescribe medications.

What will it cost me at the time of service if I have insurance? If I dont have insurance?
If you have an insurance with a co-pay, you are only required to pay that amount at the time of service; as applicable, you will be billed for any portion due after payment is received from your insurance company. If you do not have insurance, you are required to pay in full at the time of service. We offer a 15% discount for non-insured patients and will accept your payment in the form of cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

Will you bill me?
You will be billed for what your insurance does not cover. All other payments are due at time of service.

Can I schedule a same-day appointment with my primary care physician?
If an opening is available we would be glad to set you up with a same-day appointment!

Yes, we are equipped with an x-ray machine and qualified staff.

Can I get blood drawn in your office?
We refer all patients to Quest Diagnostics, which is conveniently located next door to our facility, or you may go to any other lab whose services are covered by your health insurance.

What are your hours?
Our primary care office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., and is closed on major holidays.
Our walk-in clinic is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. The walk-in clinic is open some holidays; please call (530) 342-2273 for clinic operation dates/hours on a holiday.

Do you accept Medi-Cal?
Unfortunately, we do not accept Medi-Cal unless it is secondary to Medicare.

Is there a long wait in walk-in?
Due to the fact that the walk-in does not schedule specific appointment times, we are unable to determine an exact waiting time. However, our goal is to assist you as soon as possible.
